Frequency healing with tuning forks in Durban

Frequency healing uses solar harmonic tuning forks, placed near or gently on the body, to help your nervous system settle. Each session is focused on what you need most right now.

What frequency healing is

Some days your body is still braced long after the moment has passed. Your shoulders sit up near your ears, and your mind keeps running after the lights go out.

Frequency healing is a gentle form of sound healing, working with sound and vibration. I use solar harmonic tuning forks. I strike each fork gently, then hold it near your body or rests it lightly on you, so you feel the vibration as well as hear it.

The aim is to give your nervous system a chance to settle, so you can feel calm and grounded again.

What a session can focus on

Each session is shaped around what you need most right now. Sessions can be focused on:

  • your nervous system, when you feel constantly on edge
  • calming anxiety
  • quality sleep
  • loss or grief
  • anger
  • motivation
  • life direction
  • grounding, when you feel scattered or far away from yourself

I talk with you first, then shape the session around your focus for the day.

What it feels like

You get comfortable. You hear clear, ringing tones, and when a fork rests on your body you feel a gentle hum. You may find it deeply relaxing. Your breathing may slow down or your shoulders may finally drop, and you may leave feeling calmer and more grounded.

Questions women often ask

What does it feel like?

You may find it soothing. You hear clear, ringing tones, and when a fork rests on your body you feel a soft hum of vibration. Many people notice their breathing slow and their body relax as the session goes on.

Do I need to do anything?

No. You simply get comfortable and let yourself rest. Wear something loose and easy. You are welcome to share what you notice along the way, but there is nothing you have to do or get right.

Can it be combined with BodyTalk?

Often, yes. I choose whichever approach serves you best in a session, and that can mean using both. Mention it on your free discovery call and I will suggest what suits you, based on what you are going through.

Is it suitable if I am pregnant?

Please mention your pregnancy on your free discovery call, before you book a session. I will talk through your situation with you and advise whether frequency healing is right for you at this stage.

Does frequency healing replace medical care?

No. Frequency healing works alongside medical care, never instead of it. If you have a health concern, please see your doctor and let me know.

How much does it cost?

Every plan is tailored to you, so I share pricing on your free discovery call. There is no obligation to book anything afterwards.
