My story

Meet Razia Rangrage

"Whatever I talk about, whatever I coach on, I embody it first."

At fifteen, I fractured my spine and spent time in a wheelchair. I walked again, and the experience never left me.

My path into healing work began at a cupping course in Malaysia at the end of 2012. During that training, the people I worked on kept opening up about what they were carrying. It was the start of the work I do today.

At the same time, I was healing from my own divorce, raising my daughter on my own and finishing my degree. I had to find my feet. In that season I learned what I now build everything on. It is not what you go through that defines you, but how you deal with it after.

Balance Inn Wellness grew out of that time, from healing myself first and then helping other women do the same. I truly believe pain can be turned into power.

What I believe

You can know something in your head and still feel stuck. The patterns that keep you there live deeper, in the subconscious. That is where I work, gently, at your pace.

The aim is simple: to help you feel calm, clear, confident and in control. Healing is not about fixing you. It is about freeing you.

I also believe a coach should embody what she teaches before she teaches it, and I hold myself to that.
